101Gigas retira de la venta la marca Yarvik

Hemos retirado de la venta de nuestra web, todos los productos de la marca Yarvik. Esto se debe, a que la empresa ha quebrado, y está en subasta, según ha anunciado en su pagina de Facebook https://www.facebook.com/yarvik

Aun no se sabe que empresa se hará cargo de las garantías cuando un producto falle y se necesiten repuestos.

Aun existen muchas tiendas online y centros comerciales, Worten, Fnac, etc que venden sus productos Yarvik stockados, pero desde 101Gigas preferimos no continuar con la venta, ya que la subasta puede demorarse meses o quedar vacía.

Yarvik electronics has recently ceased trading because it went bankrupt. This means that Yarvik electronics does not deliver any items nor does it issue any warranties anymore. Neither will it answer any questions that are received via social media and the website.
The range of items that will be auctioned due to the bankruptcy consist of tablets, smartphones, media players & accessories and are being auctioned by order of the pledgee via the online auction house BVA Auctions.
Please note! The online auction house BVA Auctions only acts as an intermediary between buyers and the selling party. Rights are not granted by BVA Auctions with regard to warranties and/or repairs that are currently running and/or other situations that are directly linked to Yarvik electronics.
